We offer both fixed price and pay-as-you-go UK (and worldwide) IT support for your networks, servers, desktops & laptops, 24/7. We operate from Newbury, Colchester and London in the UK. We aim to support companies with between 10 and 500 users.
Our remote monitoring system notifies us when a problem occurs in your organisation, as well as providing data to enable us to proactively prevent problems.
We also provide regular
IT Healthchecks for our clients which identify both the strengths and weaknesses of your current IT system and recommends strategies to help you stay ahead of your competition.

Fixed Price IT Support
Our annual contract computer support service provides dedicated IT support and maintenance for your existing and new IT systems and your users' computers.
Our
Fixed Price IT support contracts include:
- Unlimited Telephone and Remote Support
- Regular Server and Workstations healthchecks (click to see example)
- Regular onsite visits
- Daily Backup Monitoring and regular testing
- A dedicated account manager for advice and assistance
- Live monitoring of all servers and key systems (every 10 seconds)
- Weekly automated audit of all software and machines on your network

Pay as You Go IT Support
We recognise that not every organisation requires a dedicated support team which is why we have tailored our services into flexible
pay as you go computer support packages, giving you the freedom to 'pick n' mix' the support you want, when you want it.
Pay as You Go simply means that we will quote you for time, as and when required, and will visit (or connect remotely to) your company to carry out set pieces of work. Over time we'll build up documentation about your setup, so we'll be best placed to help you with your IT problems. As you grow, or your IT becomes more important to you, we can change to a
Fixed Price contract.
