Silent Wings instructions
As well as watching the videos online, and live race video during the daily races, you can download a special version of SilentWings and control the views, cameras and playback yourself - all from the comfort of your armchair!
Instructions 1. Download and Install SilentWings Viewer (47mb) for Mac or PC 2. Download scenery here and unzip to C:\\Program Files\\Silent Wings\\Silent Wings\\data\\scenery\\ 3. Open Silent Wings Viewer 4. Click 'Start Activation' - Register (again, sorry!) on the SilentWings website - You can purchase for a special price of 39 euro during the event 5. Go to 'Tracking': - choose sw.adventuretracking.com as the Host Name - enter your username: austria2009 - enter your password: austria2009 - Choose 'Competition' from the category dropdown - Click 'Get List' - Expand 'Austria Grand Prix 2009' and choose the day you wish to view - Click 'Get Flights' button at the bottom - You will then see a list of pilots 6. Click the Start Viewer button to start up the simulator 7. Once in the simulator press the H key to see a list of keys you can press 8. Press the HOME/END keys to move forwards and backwards in time N.B. To change to a different tracking day, go back to the 'Tracking' item in the menu, and choose a different day |
